Spices
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Add more to taste.
  • 1 pinch Salt To enhance the flavor.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Sugar Adds aroma.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grease a baking dish with oil.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cottage cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla sugar until smooth.
  3. Cut the apples into cubes or slices and add them to the mixture, stirring gently. Alternatively, layer them in the dish.
  4. Add the starch, cinnamon, and salt, mixing everything until you have a uniform consistency.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and smooth out the surface.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow the apple and cheese casserole to cool before slicing into portions. Enjoy!
