Ingredients

Vegetables
  • 1 head Cabbage Finely chopped.
  • 1 piece Onion Finely chopped.
Eggs
  • 3 pieces Eggs At room temperature.
Cheese
  • 200 g Hard cheese Grated.
Spices
  • to taste Salt Add to taste.
  • to taste Black pepper For aroma.
Oil
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil For frying the onion.

Method

Preparation
  1. Chop the cabbage and onion and fry them in a pan with oil until soft, about 10-15 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs, add the grated cheese, salt, and pepper, and mix until smooth.
  3. Add the fried cabbage and onion to the egg mixture and mix thoroughly.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and smooth the top.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30-40 minutes until the top is golden.
  6. Allow the casserole to cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes
