Cabbage Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 head Cabbage Finely chopped.
- 1 piece Onion Finely chopped.
- 3 pieces Eggs At room temperature.
- 200 g Hard cheese Grated.
- to taste Salt Add to taste.
- to taste Black pepper For aroma.
- 2 tbsp Sunflower oil For frying the onion.
Method
- Chop the cabbage and onion and fry them in a pan with oil until soft, about 10-15 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs, add the grated cheese, salt, and pepper, and mix until smooth.
- Add the fried cabbage and onion to the egg mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30-40 minutes until the top is golden.
- Allow the casserole to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
