Method

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with milk and salt until smooth.
  2. Gradually add flour, stirring with a whisk, until you get a smooth batter.
  3. Heat a pan with oil over medium heat, pour in a portion of the batter, and fry until golden on both sides.
  4. For the filling, sauté chopped onion until translucent, add mushrooms and chicken mince, and season with pepper.
  5. Place the finished filling on the crepes, roll them up, and place on a plate.
