Potato Noodle Soup
Ingredients
- 4 pcs Potatoes Peeled and diced.
- 1 pc Onion Finely chopped.
- 1 pc Carrot Cut into thin strips.
- to taste Herbs For serving.
- 100 g Noodles Fresh or dried, according to preference.
- to taste Salt To enhance flavor.
- to taste Black pepper Ground.
- 2 l Water For cooking the soup.
Method
- In a pot, bring the water to a boil and add the potatoes. Cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes until they are tender.
- Add the onion and carrot to the pot and cook for another 10 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
- Then add the noodles and cook for another 5-7 minutes until they're done.
- Season the soup with salt and black pepper to taste. Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve the soup hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
