  • 300 g Pork Fat Choose fresh pork fat with a small amount of meat.
Aromatics
  • 3 cloves Garlic Preferably fresh.
  • 1 piece Red Pepper Can be fresh or dried.
Seasonings
  • to taste Salt To enhance the flavor.
  • 1 tsp Paprika Sweet or smoked – as desired

Method

Preparation
  1. If the pork fat is raw, lightly salt it in advance if necessary.
  2. Cut the pork fat into strips or thin slices, depending on your preferred presentation.
  3. Peel the garlic and either press it or finely chop it with a knife.
Cooking
  1. In a bowl, mix the garlic, ground hot pepper, paprika, and salt (if needed).
  2. Coat each piece of pork fat in the prepared spice mixture, covering evenly.
  3. If desired, wrap the pork fat in parchment or plastic wrap and let it sit in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours for a more intense flavor.
Serving
